Tommy Coskey, age 72, of Electra, Texas passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021, in Electra Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2021, at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time.  Masonic graveside will follow in Electra Memorial Park under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

Tommy was born to the late Erdell Coskey and Loraine Martin Coskey in Wichita Falls, Texas.

He attended school in Electra.  Tommy worked in the oilfield for numerous companies and held many positions.  He then was employed by the State of Texas as a prison guard for several years until his retirement.

He and Brenda Kreeger were married October 9, 1964 in Vernon, Texas.  She preceded him  in death on May 7, 2013.

Tommy was a member of Hillside Baptist Church.  He also was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 559 in Abilene, the Masonic Lodge # 1067 in Electra, and The Shriners Suez Temple.  Tommy was a clown for the Shriners for many years.

Survivors include daughter, Marly Hopper of Marlin, Texas; son, Frank Coskey and wife, Cayce of Iowa Park; brother, Dan Coskey of Electra; sisters, Linda Ane Gameson and husband, Moe of Graham. and Betty Joyce "B.J." Hippard and husband, Mike of Baytown; four grandchildren, Trace Tackett, Jordyn Berend and husband, Trey, Loryn "Mack" Coskey and fiancé, Jake Weaver and Melissa Beaird; and five great-grandchildren and two on the way, Marlee, Liam, Rhyan, Maxton and Hazel.

The family suggests memorials to the Masonic Lodge, # 1067, Electra, Texas 76360 or to the Shriners Hospital.
