Teresa Marie Rodgers, age 59, of Electra, Texas, passed away Wednesday evening, October 7, 2026, in Hospice of Wichita Falls.

A celebration of Teresa’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

Teresa was born August 21, 1967, in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Floyd Douglas Rodgers and Dorothy Marie Gentry Rodgers.

She was a 1985 graduate of Electra High School.

Teresa was a spunky lady, or as some might say, a firecracker. She enjoyed cooking and especially grilling, which she was excellent at doing. Teresa was a very loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed tremendously. She was always a good friend and listener to others around her.

She attended the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include two sons, Jaime Deleon and wife, Victoria Saenz of Wichita Falls and Christopher Deleon of Electra; three grandsons, Joseph, Gabriel and Christian; one brother, Lloyd Rodgers and wife, Linda of Electra; three nephews, Joey, Brandon and Ryan; her fiancé, David Borders and his daughter, Rose Borders and boyfriend, Brian Manning, along with their son, Marsellus; and lots of cousins and extended family.
