Sepherino Perez, Sr., age 77, of Electra, Texas passed away Tuesday night, February 16, 2021, in Electra Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2021, at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra with Lindo Perez officiating.  Interment will follow in New Electra Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra. Due to Covid, the family requests everyone to wear masks.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

Sepherino was born March 17, 1943 in Victoria, Texas to the late Felipe Perez and Olivia Rivas Perez.

He and Maria Garcia were married September 28, 1987 in Electra.  She preceded him in death on January 17, 2019.

Sepherino was a hard worker and was well known for always helping others that were in need, He loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He was a self-employed landscaper.

Survivors include eight sons, Sepherino Perez Jr. and wife, Lucy of Ft. Worth, Stephen Perez of Electra, Rudy Perez and wife, Marvelia of Austin, John Perez and wife, Annette of Electra, Ruben Perez and wife, Elia of Harrold, Jimmy Perez and wife, Mendi of Wichita Falls, Ricky Perez and wife, Emily of Wichita Falls, and Joey Perez and wife, Beverly of Oklahoma; two daughters, Diane Hernandez of San Antonio and Maria Perez of Mineral Wells; four brothers, Phillip Perez Jr. and wife, Debbie, Frank Perez, Joe Perez  and Lindo Perez both of Wichita Falls; four sisters, Lucy Valtier of Mineral Wells, Angela Figueroa, and husband, Juan, Paula Browning and husband, John, Donna Perez; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Sepherino was also preceded in death by daughter, Mary Hope Perez; sisters, Mary Collaso, Patsy Perez, and Ariella Perez, Josephine Perez; and brothers, Jessie Mike Perez, Juan Perez and Santos Perez.
