Russell Lawrence Williams, age 57, of Windthorst, Texas passed away August 23, 2021, at his residence.

Cremation services were under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.  No services will be held.

Russell was born October 13, 1963 in Jacksboro, Texas to Leroy Williams and Shirley Ann Meurer Williams.

He attended Windthorst High School.  Russell worked in the oilfield and was a jack of all trades throughout his life. He enjoyed refinishing furniture, remodeling and working on small engines.

Survivors include his mother, Shirley Williams of Windthorst; one son, Joe Don Williams of Wichita Falls, and his mother, Camilla McBride of Wichita Falls and sister, Amanda McBride of Wichita, Kansas; nephew and niece, Dylan and Cassandra Cox; three nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Williams on July 27, 2009; and two brothers, Joe Don Williams on October 13, 1976 and Jeffrey Lee Williams on October 5, 2018.
