Ruby Petit Hopkins, age 97, of Archer City, Texas passed away Monday, March 16, 2026, in Hospice of Wichita Falls.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in the Archer City cemetery with Lisa Musgrave of Archer City officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Ruby was born June 9, 1928 to the late George Washington Petit and Viola Ertis Doran in Graham, Texas.

She married Harol Hopkins on December 25, 1970 in Archer City.  He preceded her in death on September 18, 2003.

Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Roberts and Sandra Enos and husband, Carl all of Archer City; sister, Corene; ten grandkids; twenty-four great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.
