Rex Coleman, age 60, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016 in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City, Texas. A private family service will be held at a later date to scatter his ashes on the Coleman Ranch.
Rex was a true cowboy and loved everything about the cowboy lifestyle. He had lived on the Coleman Ranch in north Archer County throughout his lifetime.
Rex is survived by two children, Lance Coleman and Brooke Coleman, and his grandson Austin Coleman, all of Phoenix, Arizona, his mother June Trent, a sister Kenda Rankin, and a brother Todd Coleman.
He was preceded in death by his father, Don Coleman.
The family suggests memorials to the Archer City Volunteer Fire Dept., P.O. Box 367, Archer City, Texas 76351, or to the Archer County Rodeo Association, P.O. Box 792, Archer City, Texas 76351.
