Patsy Enavee Fish, age 84, of Dallas, Texas, passed away Friday morning, June 26, 2015, at a Dallas, Texas hospital.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Archer City Cemetery in Archer City, Texas with Rev. Jon Curry, pastor of Grace Community Church in Archer City, officiating. Services have been entrusted to Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.
Mrs. Fish was born January 29, 1931 in Archer City to the late James Buchannon Cross and Maggie Pankey Cross. She and Billy Fish were married June 24, 1948 in Archer City.
She had been employed by Merle Norman in Iowa Park, Texas before moving to San Antonio in the 1960's. She had lived in Plano, Texas from 1973 until 2010 where she had been a teacher at a Christian School and also sold Avon. She had been a resident of Dallas since 2010 and was a former member of the Richardson Garden Club. She was a seamstress that greatly enjoyed sewing and crocheting and she had made numerous quilts that she donated to an Indian Reservation in New Mexico.
She is survived by her husband, Billy of Dallas; two sons, Billy Jean Fish Jr. of San Antonio, and James Patrick Fish, and his wife Joy Lynn of Fort Worth, Texas; one daughter, Eva Jeanne Fish of Mount Pleasant, Texas; and four grandchildren, Shannon Lee Fish-Garcia, Brittany Diane Fish, April Joy Fish, and Michael Fish.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Delphia Carney, Martha Movelda Ramsey, and Oleta Phillips; and one brother, James Buchannon Cross, Jr.
The family suggests memorials in Mrs. Fish's name to the American Diabetes Association, 4100 Alpha Road, Suite 100, Dallas, Texas 75244.
