Pat Alexander Bailey, age 70, of Wichita Falls, formerly of Archer City, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024, in United Regional Health Care.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 15, 2024, at Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City with Roger Deerinwater of Archer City officiating.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Pat was born May 4, 1954 to the late Leonard Cletus Alexander and Ruthie Geraldine Selph Alexander in Olney, Texas.

Pat graduated from Archer City High School in 1972.  She later graduated from Nursing School at Midwestern University.  Pat was employed at Archer County Hospital, Wichita General Hospital, Hamilton Hospital in Olney and Electra Memorial Hospital where she was a nurse for forty-three years, taking care of many people young and old.

Pat was an avid reader.  She enjoyed playing card games and spending time with her children, grandchildren, cousins and nieces and nephews.  She also loved to travel with her family all over the United States.

Survivors include one daughter, Kendra Essary and husband, Scott of Archer City; one son, James Kuykendall and wife, Mary Anne of Killeen; one brother, Danny Alexander and wife, Rhonda of Wichita Falls; four grandchildren, James, Lauren, Austin and wife, Alyson and Morgan; two great-grandchildren, Carter and Brandon; cousins, nieces and nephews; and her rescue dog, Luna.

Pat was also preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Jack Alexander.
