Mike Chamberlain, age 63, of Melissa, Texas, formerly of Archer City, passed away December 28, 2016 in Dallas.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 31, 2016, at Aulds Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Archer City Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

The family will receive freinds at 1:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday at Aulds Funeral Home.

Mike was born July 28, 1953 to the late Alvin Earl Chamberlain and Patsy Ruth Terry Chamberlain in Wichita Falls, Texas.

He attended Wichita Falls High School.

Mike proudly served his country in the United States Marines. After his tour of duty, Mike returned to Wichita Falls.

He and Sandra Ostermann were married March 12, 2002 in Farmersville, Texas.

Mike was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping and being with his family especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra of Melissa; two daughters, Lori Chamberlain and Tami Campbell and husband, Brandon of Jacksonville, Florida; two sons, Mike Chamberlain and wife, Ashley of Jacksonville, Florida and Todd Vitek of Ft. Worth, Texas; sister, Derinda Coleman and husband, Doug of Archer City; brother, Richard Chamberlain and Donna of Bluegrove; and three grandchildren, Jordan, Lilly and Madalyn.
