Mary Ann Lackey, age 52, of Electra, Texas passed away Friday evening, February 7, 2014 at her residence.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2014, in the chapel of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra with Lloyd Daniels, Pastor of Rock Crossing Cowboy Church, officiating.

Mary Ann was born December 1, 1961 in Sacramento, California to Hershel Vaughn Smith and Maye Ann Kelly Smith.

She moved to Electra in 1994 and was a Certified Nurses Aide and also a waitress at the Whistle Stop and Sonic. She was a wonderful mom who loved all her children very much. Mary Ann enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include her husband, Roy of Electra; three daughters, Jennifer Nelson of San Antonio, Texas, Beverly Perez and husband, Joey of Electra, Chasity Glassburn and husband, Kevin of Wichita Falls; two sons, Chris Nelson and wife, Christina Gaines of Electra and Tyler Nelson and Maranda Jones of Electra; her mother, Maye Smith of Onoway, Michigan; her father, Hershel Smith and wife, Joy of Frederick, Oklahoma; four brothers, Bill Smith of California, Jerry Smith of Sterling, Oklahoma, Bobby Smith of Onaway, Michigan, and Tommy Smith of Hominy, Oklahoma; and eighteen grandchildren.
