Leanne Dennis, age 62, of Scotland, Texas passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018, at her residence.

At Leanne's request, no services are planned.  Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Leanne was born June 28, 1955 in Dallas to Thomas Franklin Locke and Velma Lou Adams Locke.

She and Brad Dennis were married May 8, 1987 in Commerce, Texas.

Leanne had been employed at the City of Archer City, and also Lone Star Milk Transport for nine years.  She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Christian Mother's Society.  She was always volunteering for many things that involved her church.

Survivors include her husband, Brad Dennis of Scotland; two daughters, Melissa Dennis of Scotland, and Vanessa Meurer of Windthorst; son, Logan Dennis of Wichita Falls; mother, Velma Locke of Marietta, Oklahoma; two brothers, Mickey Locke and wife, Andrea of Marietta, Oklahoma, and Steve Locke of Gran Prairie, Texas; and grandson, John Michael Meurer of Windthorst.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Franklin Locke and sister, Patsy Gross.
