Kerry "Mike" Perkins, age 68, of Archer City, Texas passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024, in Wichita Falls.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until 4 :00 p.m. at the Archer City Church of Christ.  Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Mike was born March 2, 1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Wilbur Caylor Perkins and Esther Mae Norris Perkins.

Mike proudly served his country in the United States Marines from 1974 until 1977.  After his tour of duty, he was a welder throughout his life.

Mike loved to shoot pool and also enjoyed archery and bow hunting.  He was a member of the Archer City Church of Christ.

Survivors include his partner of twenty-five years, Pat Hardy of Archer City; one son, James Armstrong of Arkansas; step-daughter, Sandy Teague of Odessa; sister, Becky Johnson of Salem, Oregon; three granddaughters, Lark Wood and husband, Robby of Wichita Falls, Saphira Teague of Odessa, and Keairdwyn Stanford of Odessa; two grandsons, Aiden Porras of Odessa and Jared Armstrong of Sheridan, Arkansas; one great-grandson, Owyn Wood of Wichita Falls; and one nephew, Todd Perkins of Shreveport, Louisiana.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to Archer City Church of Christ to help defray the cost of the services.
