Judy Munchrath Hellman, age 73, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away February 20, 2021 in Fort Worth.

Services will be at a later date.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Judy was born December 15, 1947 in Archer City to the late Henry Leo Munchrath and Juanita Rose Himmels Munchrath.  She graduated from Windthorst High School in 1966.  After graduation, she moved to Fort Worth where she was a bookkeeper.

She married Jerry Hellman in 1976.  He preceded her in death in 1980.  After his death, Judy went back to school to earn her nursing credentials; first as and LVN and then RN.  Judy worked as a Registered Nurse for over twenty-five years for Harris Hospital in Fort Worth.

Judy was a volunteer for the Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity.  Her hobbies were reading and traveling throughout the United States and Canada.

Survivors include five sisters, Patricia Tracy and husband, Chester of Maysville, Oklahoma, Ellen Bradeen and husband, Bob of Haughton, Louisiana, Marian Ragland of Houston, Paula Easter of Wichita Falls and Susan Munchrath of Houston; brother, Henry Munchrath and wife, Ines of Fort Worth; sister-in-law, Sandra Gornick of Pueblo, Colorado;  nieces and nephews, Danny Tracy, Chris Tracy, Leigh Ann Fields, Robert Bradeen, Stephen Bradeen, Lisa Loftin, Sarah Collins, Nathan Munchrath, and Jennifer McKibbon.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Gina Marie Hellman; sister, Linda Pryor and brother, Steve Munchrath.

The family suggests memorials to St. Rita's Catholic Church, Fort Worth, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Windthorst, the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity or the charity of your choice.
