Janice Owen Hunter, age 76, passed away February 3, 2013 in Hospice of Wichita Falls.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Aulds Funeral Home with Darwin Stroud, Pastor of the First Assembly of God, officiating. Interment will follow in the Electra Memorial Park under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home.
Janice was born September 3, 1936 in Ryan, Oklahoma to Lou Ranzie Williams and Gertie {ink Maness Williams.
She and Homer Owen were married July 20, 1956 in Henrietta, Texas. He preceded her in death on June 11, 1994. She later married Louis Hunter on November 19, 2000 in Bonham, Texas.
Janice was a homemaker throughout her life and was a member of the First Assembly of God.
Survivors include her husband, Louis of Electra; two sons, Johnny Owen and wife, Kathy and Doug Owen and wife, Debbie all of Wichita Falls, Texas 76310; one daughter, Melinda Osborne and husband, Bill of Electra; twin sisters, Faye Etheridge and Maye Ward of Waurika, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Steve, Jewel, Loyd and Buster Williams; and one sister, Billie Williams.
The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Road, Wichita Falls, Texas 76310.
