Harper Abigale Johnston, age 7, of McKinney, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025, surrounded by love.

Born on February 15, 2018, in Temple, Texas, Harper was the cherished daughter of Haley and Dillon Johnston and the beloved big sister to Baker and Asher.

Diagnosed prenatally with Trisomy 18, Harper was given little time according to medical books and statistics. But from the beginning, she defied every odd. Her life was a beautiful testimony of resilience, joy, and unconditional love. In her seven years, she touched more lives than most do in a lifetime, bringing light, laughter, and perspective to everyone who knew her.

A memorial service to celebrate Harper's extraordinary life will be held at Heritage Ranch Golf and Country Club in McKinney, Texas, on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. The family invites all who attend to wear purple or casual attire in Harper's honor.

The Johnston family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Harper's medical teams, doctors, nurses, and specialists, who looked past a diagnosis and saw her potential. Thank you to our family, friends, and home health nurses for loving her as fiercely as we did. And thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout Harper's life and journey.
