Frank Reed, Jr., age 77, of Lawton, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday morning, October 4, 2026, in Burkburnett, Texas.

A public viewing will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2026, at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra. Cremation will follow under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

Frank was born July 23, 1949, in Vernon, Texas to Frank Reed, Sr. and Ruby Mae McGrew Reed.

He attended school in Oklaunion.

Frank and Patricia Camella Gee were united in marriage on July 3, 2014, in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Throughout his lifetime, Frank was a cook at Luby’s Cafeteria and was a transportation driver.

He was an outdoorsman and loved mowing the lawn. Frank also enjoyed a barbequing and shelling pecans to give away from his two pecan trees.

Frank gave his life to Christ in January of 2026, and for that his family is so incredibly happy.

Survivors include his loving wife, Patricia Reed of Lawton; six children, Stephen Reed of Carrollton, Kennedy Reed of Venus, Texas, Kathy Denise Reed-McCally of Venus, Texas, Harold Jackson of Fort Worth, Mikel Anderson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Laronda Anderson of Colorado Springs, Colorado; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Martin of Electra; one sister, Mary Ann Williams of Electra; and many nieces and nephews.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Reed, Sr. and Ruby Mae McGrew Reed Martin; and one brother, Roger Martin.
