Eva Nell Rowe Holder, age 96, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formerly of Electra, Texas, went home to be with Jesus on May 9, 2015.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015, at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra with her nephew, Bill Holder of Wichita Falls, officiating. A private interment will follow in the Archer City Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015, at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

Nell was born May 25, 1918 in Electra to the late William Henry Rowe and Nellie Taylor Rowe.

She and Mike Holder were married August 23, 1946 in Graham, Texas. He preceded her in death on December 9, 1979.

Nell was a very loving, kind and generous mother, grandmother and friend who loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed singing and dancing.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Lindsey and husband, Floyd of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Carolyn Chatham and husband, Bill of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; four grandsons, Chris Lindsey and wife, Teresa of Brandon, Mississippi, Jeff Lindsey and wife, Diana of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ben Chatham and wife, Janie of Lone Grove, Oklahoma and Matt Chatham and wife, Astrid of Moore, Oklahoma; one sister, Masel Rodawalt of Electra, Texas; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Raymond, G.C., Eddie and Tommy Rowe.
