Don George Ikard, Jr. age 72, of Wichita Falls, formerly of Archer City, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2023, at his residence.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2023, in the Archer City Cemetery with Doyle Fuller, Minister, of Wichita Falls officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

George was born February 20, 1950 in Olney Texas to the late Don George Ikard, Sr. and Mary Ellen Weeks Ikard.

He graduated from Texas A & M with an Agriculture Degree.  George was a rancher throughout his life.  He was an avid Nascar and Dallas Cowboy Fan.

Survivors include one brother, Alan Ikard of Electra, one sister, Kay Preston of Wichita Falls; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Winfield and Meda Ikard and one brother, Brian Ikard.
