Corene Pearce, age 73, of Electra, Texas passed away Monday, November 16, 2015, in Electra HealthCare.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 2015, in the Electra Memorial Park with Darwin Stroud, Pastor of First Assembly of God of Electra, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

The family with gather at the Electra Community Center on Thursday, November 19, 2015, from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. with a viewing at 1:00 p.m. at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

Corene was born March 5, 1942 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Nelvie Robert Dawson Pearce and Minnie May Thomas Pearce.

She was a CNA for sixteen years at Electra HealthCare. She attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Corene loved reading and enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include four daughters, Terry Shed of Arlington, Texas, Jeanette Shed of Pawhuska, Oklahoma, Debra Shook and husband, Charles of Burkburnett, and Cheryl Parker of Burkburnett; two sons, Delton "D.R." Shed and Robert "Bobby" Parker, both of Electra; one sister, Celetta Brown and husband, Bobby of Wichita Falls; three brothers. J.T. Gafford, Donald Gafford, and William Gafford and wife, Sandy all of Electra; twenty grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Dempsey "Demp" Pearce; two sisters, Christina Green and LaVerne Bains.
