Connie Marie Simms, age 63, of Archer City, Texas passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at her residence.

At her request, no services will be held.  Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Connie was born October 3, 1959 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Robert William Schreiber and Dorothy Virginia Wiest Schreiber.

Connie graduated from Iowa Park High School.  She was a very loving warm soul who was very supportive to her chosen family and friends.  She enjoyed volunteering and giving her time to others and their needs.  Connie would always find a way to make you laugh.  Connie became "Nienie" to many children and made them feel extra special.  They were her pride and joy even though she never had any children of her own.

Survivors include her mother, Dorothy "Dot" Van Speybroeck; two sisters, Brenda Britt and Christy Profitt and husband, Jay; three brothers, Robert Schreiber, Daryl Schreiber and wife, Tammy, and Bobby Van Speybroeck; nephew, Michael Schreiber, niece, Kati Howell and two great-nephews, Mavrick and Dakota Schreiber.
