Phillip Foley, age 36, of Archer City, Texas passed away March 22, 2014 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Grace Community Church in Archer City.

Phillip was born April 26, 1977 in Mullens, West Virginia to Roy Curtis Foley and Judith Darlene McKinney Foley.

Phillip had been employed on a chicken farm.

Survivors include his father, Roy Foley of Archer City; his mother, Darlene Light and husband, Bill of Steveson, West Virginia; grandmothers, Bertha Foley of Archer City, and Lola McKinney of Steveson, West Virginia; three sisters, Beatrice Foley of Lashmeat, West Virginia, Melinda Sue Foley of Beckley, West Virginia, and Chrystal Smith of Steveson, West Virginia; and brother Clinton Light of Steveson, West Virginia.
