Cindy Parrack, age 92, of Electra, Texas passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017, in Electra Health Care.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2017, in the Davidson Cemetery in Davidson, Oklahoma with her grandson,  Kip McCarty, Pastor of New Beginnings Worship Center in Kamay, Texas, officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home  of Electra.

Cindy was born October 28, 1924 in Wilson, Oklahoma to Charles Clarence Schnapel and Martha Jane Bates Schnapel.

Cindy loved her family and the most important part of her life was her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.  She  enjoyed reading, music and playing games.

Cindy was a member of New Beginnings Worship Center in Kamay.

Survivors include two daughters, Jo Sharon Postelwait and husband, Lynn of Iowa Park, Texas and Lu Shane McCarty of Blueridge, Texas; five  grandchildren, Torry Postelwait, Kip McCarty, Mark and Karla Monson, Melissa Monson and Raetzsch Shaw; five great-grandchildren; and five  great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Shelly Jackson; sisters, Lucille Elizabeth Chadick and Ida Morena Schnapel; and grandson,  Larry McCarty.
