Cecil Clubb, age 75, of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022, in Wichita Falls.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2022, at the First Baptist Church of Electra with Ryan Vanderland, Pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.  Interment will follow in Electra Memorial Park under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

Cecil was born July 11, 1946 to the late Harvell Claude Clubb and Dorothy Mae Howard Clubb in Longview, Texas.

He graduated from Harrold High School.  Cecil proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He and Sherry Gayle Cooper were married June 24, 1989 in Electra, Texas.  She preceded him in death on February 3, 2021.

Cecil was employed for Texas Department  of Transportation for twenty-five years and also did odd jobs.  He was a hard working man who was very generous to everyone.  He enjoyed being a jokester and making people laugh.

Survivors include one son, Larry McCubbin and wife, Christine of Wichita Falls; two granddaughters, Leslie McCubbin of Wichita Falls and Shawna Franklin of Burkburnett; two sisters, Brenda Beasley and Glenda Mae Tamez, both of Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

The family suggests memorials to the First Baptist Church, 406 West Garrison Avenue, Electra, Texas 76360.
