Bethany Loper, age 19, along with her best friend, Brittney Woollis, lost their lives Friday afternoon in an automobile accident in Baylor County, near Seymour, Texas, while on their way home from South Plains College in Levelland. Bethany and Brittney were inseparable friends and for this reason, their families have decided to hold their funeral services together.

Their service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at the First Baptist Church of Holliday with Pastor Clint Sissom of Cross Country Church and family friend, Gary Grace, officiating. Interment will follow in the Holliday Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Archer City.

Bethany was born in Lubbock, Texas and moved to Holliday in 2003. She graduated from Holliday High School in 2012 as a Texas Scholar. She competed in U.I.L. in Journalism and News Writing where she won many district and state titles. She was a writer and assistant editor of the "Holliday Eagle" newspaper.

Bethany was a member of the Cross Country Church in Holliday since the age of twelve and was very active with the youth group and served on numerous mission trips.

She was currently a sophomore at South Plains College in Levelland, Texas and was on the Dean's List each semester.

Bethany was a beautiful soul who never judged anyone. She accepted everyone just as they were and had a very strong faith and love for the Lord and was a fierce and loyal friend. Her two greatest loves were her family and music.
