Amalio Cruz Resendiz, age 65, of Electra, Texas, passed away Tuesday morning, April 22, 2025, at his residence.

No services will be held at this time.  Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra.

Amalio was born February 10, 1960 in Dhangu Tasquillo, Hidalgo, Mexico to the late Salvador Resendiz and Olgin Franceisca Cruz Resendiz.

He and Particia Ann Fernandez were married in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Amalio was a hard worker.  He worked on the Waggoner Ranch, for PPG in Wichita Falls and also for Chapman Electric.

He was a very friendly, yet quiet man.  Amalio was always very happy with a smile on his face.  He loved his Ford F-150.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Carcano Resendiz of the home; and his beloved dog, Pretty Boy.
